ELECTROSCAPE

CREATIVE DIRECTOR | MARKETING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Key Deliverables: Animated and static promotional flyers, event layout, run of show, and marketing calendar.

 EXECUTING THE VISION

I was involved in the full production of Electroscape from pre-production through the night of the event: mapping out the event space, building the run of show, negotiating with vendors, coordinating with the DJs, and managing setup on the day. I also scheduled and coordinated a DJ photoshoot and curated the overall marketing calendar to build momentum leading up to the event.

MARKETING STRATEGY

All graphic and motion assets were developed around the CEO's existing personal brand identity: a colorful, character-driven visual world centered around his original character, Webfi. I designed two motion flyers and a series of static graphic flyers that stayed true to that identity while building anticipation for the event across social and promotional channels.

PLANNING & OPERATIONS

The behind-the-scenes work was extensive. I built out the full run of show, drafted media and artist agreement packages, negotiated with vendors, tracked the budget, sourced and ordered necessary supplies, and coordinated setup on the day of the event. I also assisted at the ticket counter during entry. Beyond the logistics, I designed branded document templates so that everything sent to outside parties felt consistent and professional from the first point of contact.

EVENT SPACIAL DESIGN

Using Figma, I designed and plotted the full event space, mapping out distinct zones each intended to offer a different experience. At the entrance, a ticket booth served as the first point of contact. Past the booth, a hallway led into the main space, with the first door opening into a large dance floor. Exiting the dance floor brought guests into a second room designated for the bar, vendors, and a moment of relief from the energy of the music. Where the dance floor was bright and high intensity, this room was intentionally kept dim and warm. Tucked away upstairs was a discreet VIP area reserved for DJs, special guests, and the team. The layout was designed so that each space had its own distinct feeling while still flowing naturally into the next.

Electroscape drew over 350 attendees on New Year's Eve, one of the most competitive nights of the year to host an event in Atlanta. The night ran smoothly from doors open through the final set, a direct reflection of the planning and coordination that went into it.
